Natural flavourings obtained from herbs are still prepared at G. Mariani & C. using traditional hydroalcoholic extraction, pressing, distillation and ageing methods.
The new systems and cutting-edge equipment at our disposal are combined with traditional techniques in order to create quality finished products to meet any need. Between processing areas and storage, this production process occupies well over 3,000 square metres of the facility.
Strengthened by the experience and knowledge accumulated over many years, G. Mariani & C. manufactures a wide range of products intended for the production of various alcoholic beverages, such as liqueurs, digestifs and much more.
Today, traditional recipes are supplemented by new formulations, devised using modern extraction and concentration technologies.
