Internally, G. Mariani & C. carries out an analytical assessment of the main chemical, physical, microbiological and sensory aspects of food products, which are obtained from the best raw ingredients.

We offer our customers a comprehensive technical support service to assist them in both the initial and post-sales phases. Whenever a customer or potential customer is looking for raw materials or an ingredient to create a product, we put the expertise of our technical team at their disposal in order to test samples and, if necessary, develop the product in our laboratories.
In the post-sales assistance phase, we respond wherever customers need further information and support regarding the use of our ingredients, supplying technical documents for recipes and methods of use.
